Terms of Service
General
  • You must be 18 years or older at the date of the event.
  • Any violation of the rules could result in immediate removal from the event and potentially being blacklisted from future events.
  • Staff and venue staff are allowed to enforce additional measures to ensure the safety of all attendees.
Registration
  • Only staff and attendees with a valid ticket are allowed to be inside of the venue.
  • Attendees are required to wear their badge at all times.
  • Badges need to be shown upon request by staff.
  • No refunds will be issued. However, the tickets can be swapped until one day before the event date. Both parties need to contact us through email and wait for our approval.
Clothing and Costumes
  • Nudity beyond what one would wear during a casual party is not allowed. Showing midriff is okay, but keep your shirt/top on. Don't show bare nipples for instance, regardless of your sex. This includes transparent clothing.
  • Clothing that is tight to the extent of showing genital outlines is not allowed.
  • Pup hoods, harnesses, leashes and other clearly identifiable fetishwear are NOT allowed.
  • Handkerchiefs as 'signaling’ is NOT allowed. Or any other method for this purpose.
  • If you are unsure whether or not something is allowed, contact us BEFORE the event. Security, event- and venue staff are within their rights to ask you to change your outfit or to remove you from the venue altogether.
Venue
  • It is prohibited to bring/consume (alcoholic) drinks you bring with you except water.
  • No nuisance, violence, unruly drunkenness or destruction.
  • Respect the volunteers of the venue.
  • The venue's doormen reserve the right to refuse/remove people without giving any reason.
  • Ignoring these rules may lead to removal from the premises.
  • Absolutely no drugs (soft and hard) are allowed. We will notify the local authorities and the venue if we find you in possession of drugs. This also means that drugs taken just before the event and at the door is not allowed.
  • Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside the venue.
  • Do not block the entrance of the venue or the other adjacent venues, keep the noise on the street limited to a normal conversational level and keep your behaviour civil.
Photography and video
  • V8N8 Events and Akhnaton reserve all rights to video and photo material gathered at the venue. V8N8 Events grants you the right to use videos and photos you have taken at the convention for private and/or non-commercial purposes.
  • Publication in for-profit media requires written permission from the Board of V8N8 Events and Akhnaton.
Bunkerbeats 4 Charity Event
  • Participation in the charity raffle is only possible during Bunkerbeats 4: Polar Expedition.
  • To qualify for the raffle, donations must be made on the SlimeVR representative's device (laptop) at the Charity Photo Booth during the event.
  • Donations can only be done with IDEAL | Wero. Donations can not be done with cash or other payment methods.
  • The SlimeVR representative is responsible for verifying and confirming each donation. A raffle entry is only registered once the representative has confirmed the donation.
  • Donations made outside of the event, outside the Charity Photo Booth, or using any device other than the representative's device are considered donations only and do not qualify for the raffle.
  • 100% of all donations collected during the raffle will be donated directly to COC Netherlands.
  • The minimum donation required to receive a raffle entry is €5.
  • Participants receive one (1) raffle entry and one (1) digital photo at the photo booth for every complete €5 donated in a single transaction.
      For example:
    • €5 = 1 raffle entry
    • €10 = 2 raffle entries
    • €25 = 5 raffle entries
  • There is no maximum donation amount. Larger single donations will receive the corresponding number of raffle entries.
  • Donations cannot be combined across multiple transactions to qualify for raffle entries.
    • For example: A €2 donation followed later by a €3 donation does not qualify for one raffle entry, even though the total equals €5.
    • To receive raffle entries, the qualifying donation amount must be made in a single transaction.
  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
  • By participating in the raffle, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
  • V8N8 Events and SlimeVR reserve the right to refuse participation or invalidate raffle entries in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
  • When a raffle entry is registered, participants will be asked to provide their e-mail. These details will only be used for administering the raffle and shipping the prize. The SlimeVR Full-Body Tracker set will be shipped to the winner after the event.
  • One (1) winner is randomly selected for the raffle prize.
  • If the winner has not claimed their price within 1 week, a new winner will be randomly selected.
